We only charge the delivery service costs that we actually incur in order to keep shipping as cheap as possible for you. Some of the prices given are mixed calculations to make it clear and simple for you. If we get a better offer, we will of course pass the lower prices on to you.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from stock to the specified delivery address.
The risk passes to the customer as soon as the delivery is handed over to the customer by the delivering parcel or postal service.

How to track the package?
You can track the current shipping status of the order via the tracking service. With the tracking number that you receive from us via e-mail, you can track the order for about 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation. So you are always informed about where the package is currently located.
What if no one was home when the delivery was made?
If you were not at home when the package was delivered, you have two options:

A second delivery attempt can be made by the parcel service.

You will receive a notification that your package could not be delivered and has therefore been deposited at the nearest post office.
You can also use the option of a different delivery address during the ordering process. This means that the parcel can also be delivered to the workplace, for example.
What to do if the package disappeared?
If your package hasn't arrived after 1 week and it hasn't been handed over to your neighbor either, then it's best to get in touch with us. We will then check the whereabouts of your package and - if it should be necessary - issue an investigation order. We will also inform you immediately if the package has to be sent a second time in a specific case.
What happens if the package cannot be delivered and is returned?
In this case, both the shipping costs for the delivery and the return transport will be charged. The value of the goods will be credited back to you after the package has arrived in our warehouse. For the return transport, the specified shipping costs will be charged with a surcharge of 80%.
