OC1 Air Filter Cleaner is a biodegradable, professional cleaning product specifically designed for cleaning and maintaining foam air filters. It quickly breaks down the stickiest oils, greases and stubborn dirt on all foam air filters. The cleaner contains no solvents, is non-flammable and is ideal for use in motorcycles, quads, ATVs and other off-road vehicles.
The OC1 Air Filter Cleaner works effectively to remove oil, gum, dust, mud and sand particles, ensuring improved filtration and maximum engine performance. The quick-drying formula means your filter is ready to use quickly after cleaning, with no long waits.
Regular use of OC1 Air Filter Cleaner will keep your foam air filter in top condition and provide maximum protection for your engine, thereby extending its life. It's easy to use: just apply to the filter, let the dirt and grime soak in, then rinse with water.
Application Notes:
- Remove the air filter from the air filter box and shake off excess dirt with your hand or a brush.
- Shake the bottle of OC1 Air Filter Cleaner well and pour into a clean container. Make sure there is enough cleaner to fully submerge the filter.
- Soak the air filter in the container for 1-2 minutes.
- Wearing protective gloves, rub the cleaner onto the surface of the filter to loosen the dirt and grime.
- Gently squeeze the filter to dislodge trapped dirt or grime. Do not unscrew the filter as this could cause damage.
- Soak the air filter in warm water and rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove any remaining cleaner and dirt.
- Allow the air filter to dry completely before applying OC1 air filter oil. We recommend hanging the filter or laying it on a paper towel.
- If stubborn dirt or grime is present, repeat the cleaning process.
- Always test the cleaner on a small area before doing a full cleaning. Do not allow the cleaner to dry on delicate paintwork.
- After cleaning, soak the air filter with OC1 Air Filter Oil and reinstall it in the air filter box for maximum engine protection.
For optimal engine performance and to extend the life of your foam air filter, we recommend using OC1 Air Filter Cleaner in combination with OC1 Air Filter Oil.
