Where can I register as a customer?
Here you can open your personal customer account at any time.
You can either enter a personal password with us or have your own password automatically generated by our system.
You will then immediately receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail. If you do not receive an email from us, check your spam folder or contact us.

What is a guest login?
You have the option to place an order as a guest. But then you have to register as a guest for each individual order and enter your data, as these will not be saved. As a guest you do not have the opportunity to participate in our unique cash back program, you will not receive any promos, you cannot register for the newsletter and you will not be able to use the other advantages of a customer account.
For example, you will not see any information about your open order. You will receive a tracking code via email to track your order.
If you have already shopped with us as a guest and would now like to have a customer account, you must register as a new customer or send us an email. We can then convert your guest customer account to a normal account.
Please always make sure that your e-mail address is correct. Otherwise you will not receive any further information about your delivery as a guest.
Can I register as a company?
Yes very much! As a company you can register by entering your UID number. For companies outside of Austria, it is important that the UID has been registered for the EU - otherwise it will not be accepted. Our system checks the UID according to the guidelines of the European Union.
As a company with UID, you pay no tax. If your UID is not accepted, you can still buy something. The tax paid for this can be declared as such in your country at the end of the year. Then you get the tax back.
Providing your tax number does not change the final price. This is just additional information on the invoice.
