Here are the instructions for using Polish&Protect 0.45L:

Clean your bike thoroughly using a high-quality bike cleaner, such as OC1 Motorcycle Cleaner/Bicycle Cleaner.
Shake the bottle of Polish&Protect well before use.
Apply the product to the surfaces you want to protect and polish, such as the frame, wheels, suspension, lighting, and other components of your bike.
Spread the product evenly over the surface, making sure to cover any hard-to-reach areas.
Use a clean microfiber cloth to buff the surface to.
For added protection, apply a second coat of Polish&Protect.
Mask off any braking surfaces before application.
Enjoy your newly polished and protected bike.

Note: Polish&Protect should not be used on braking surfaces, as it may reduce their effectiveness.
