How does the return work?

For the return, please fill out the return form  out of. You will then receive the shipping label easily and conveniently by e-mail and you will receive information on how to proceed.

What do you have to consider when returning a product?

  • The return is only possible for goods that can be sent as a package or by post.
  • You can only return the goods received within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please give the exact reason as well as name, address, order number on the return form  at.
  • You can only return unopened products that have not been used and are still in their original packaging.
  • You must pack the goods with reasonable care so that the products are not damaged in transit . You will not receive a refund of the purchase price for damaged goods.
  • You should obtain proof of postage and keep it until you receive a refund or replacement .
  • You can return the package to us at your own expense using any post office or parcel service, or you can use our return service

How and when do I get my money back?

As soon as your return has arrived properly and within the 14 -day return period, you will receive it within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays)  your money back.

The refund depends on how you paid us :

  • in the case of prepayment, a credit to your bank account. Please give us your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can make the transfer.
  • with PayPal a credit to your PayPal account.
  • in the case of immediate transfer, a credit to your bank account. Please give us your bank details (IBAN and BIC) so that we can make the transfer.
  • in the case of credit card payment, a credit to your credit card.
  • with Klarna you will receive a credit directly from Klarna to your Klarna account.
  • In the case of cash on delivery , you must provide us with your bank details (IBAN and BIC) for products that you have already paid for and are sending back, so that we can carry out the transfer.
  • Or send an s  vouchers . As a thank you for your loyalty
