Place an order

Ordering is very easy! You can do this 24/7 on our website.

You can find products using our search function or using the navigation. Once you have chosen a product, you can still select the respective variant, i.e. product, colour, size, taste or quantity, and buy it by clicking on the "Buy" button.

Then click on "Buy" in the upper right area and you will get to the ordering process. Or click "Go to shopping cart" and you can still edit your order or redeem available vouchers. If you are already a customer and have already made a purchase from us, you can log in one step further with your access data. If you are a new customer, you can easily and conveniently create a new customer account.

On the checkout page, simply enter the desired delivery address and choose your preferred payment method. You can then check your order again and send it off.

You will immediately receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. Your order will then be processed as quickly as possible.

Note: If you place multiple orders at the same time, we will combine them into one package. This is how we reduce packaging waste. However, you will then only receive two samples and not the sum of the samples from all packages.

Availability and stock levels

We always try to have as many products in stock for you as possible.

You will find information on the delivery time in two places on our website: directly next to the product and in the shopping cart.

You can view the product status on the product page. We differentiate the products according to the following categories:

In stock: the product can be shipped immediately. Will be shipped on the same or next working day at the latest.

Ready for shipment in X days/weeks: the product is not in stock at the moment, but should be available again in X days/weeks. So the product can be pre-ordered.

Currently unavailable: unfortunately we have not received any precise information as to when the product will be available again. It is possible that the product has delivery problems at the supplier or there are difficulties at the manufacturer. Since we are often given no precise information here, we are forced to remove the "Add to shopping cart" button in order not to ensure unnecessarily long delivery times. You can also click on "Notify me when available" and you will then automatically receive an e-mail as soon as the product is back in stock.

For a better understanding we have an example for you:

You need a product and it shows as in stock. Only this product affects the delivery time. Immediate shipping will be displayed in the shopping cart.

If you now place another product in the shopping cart that is currently not in stock, the expected delivery date will change.

The delivery date on which both products are expected to be in stock and can be shipped is displayed in the shopping cart.

If there are any delivery problems, we will let you know.

 

What additional delivery options are there?

gift box

You can select an extra gift wrap during the ordering process in the shipping options step. All products you order will then be packed in a gift box.

It is not possible to select the gift box option after the order process has ended.

If you choose the “Gift Wrap” option, all your ordered products will be placed in this packaging. It is therefore not possible to split an order into products that are to be specially packaged and others. Otherwise damage could occur during transport. However, we generally do not seal the gift boxes. This means that you can easily remove individual products yourself. Otherwise you still have the option of placing two separate orders.

Danger! We reserve the right to ship an oversized order in one package and cancel your chosen gift wrap.

Do not enclose the invoice with the delivery

This option is especially important if you want to send an order with gift wrapping, but without including the invoice in the package. In this case you can enter a billing address and a delivery address and tick the checkbox "Include invoice with delivery". The package will then be sent to the delivery address and we will send the invoice to the billing address provided.

If the delivery and billing address are the same, you will also receive both items (i.e. gift package and invoice) sent to the same address, just packaged separately.

Third party shipping

Some products are sent directly to our suppliers . It can happen that you get the delivery divided into several packages. But you don't pay any extra shipping costs.

What is an order note?

You can write an order note in the shopping cart. This is an additional note for our stock. Unfortunately, you cannot use this to send any messages to the respective shipping service provider.

Our customer service tries to forward your messages to the shipping service providers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the shipping service providers will actually receive the message or take it into account.

If you have any changes to your order or need more information, please contact our customer service.

What does the respective status of my order mean?

As soon as the order is confirmed, you can see the current status in your account. Please pay close attention to the status of the order if you wish to make any changes.

Waiting for payment - This means that the money has not yet reached us. Changes to your order are possible at any time. You will receive a payment reminder from us once a week for 4 weeks, after which your order will be paused. If you pay later, your order will simply be reactivated after this time.

Ready to Ship - The order has arrived but has not yet been processed. Changes from your side are possible at any time.

Order is being processed - The package is being packed or is already on its way to the delivery service. No more changes are possible.

Shipped - The order has been shipped.

Canceled - Your order has been cancelled.
