3. Orders and order confirmation

By clicking "Order Now" or equivalent button, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart. All orders are subject to acceptance.
3.2 Order confirmation
After receiving your order, we will send you an automatic email confirming receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation or when we deliver the products to you.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping and delivery
5.1 Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and order value. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

- EU countries: 3-7 business days
- Non-EU countries: 5-14 business days

5.3 Free shipping
Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain value. Current free shipping thresholds are displayed on our website.
5.4 Risk of loss
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)
6.1 Withdrawal period
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
6.2 Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter to the address provided above). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
6.3 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
6.4 Return of goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7. Warranty and liability
7.1 Statutory warranty
We provide a statutory warranty for defects in accordance with applicable German law. The warranty period is two years from delivery.
7.2 Warranty claims
Warranty claims can be submitted in writing to our business address or by email to: [email protected].
Upon receipt of your claim, we will confirm that it has been received. We will respond to your warranty claim within 14 days of receipt. The response will be provided in the same form in which the claim was submitted, unless you request otherwise.
In the event of defects, you may demand repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
7.3 Limitation of liability
Our liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, and in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the customer may regularly rely.
8. Product safety and handling
8.1 Chemical products
Our products contain chemical substances that must be handled with care. Please read all product labels, safety data sheets (SDS), and usage instructions carefully before use.
8.2 Storage and disposal
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of products in accordance with local regulations.
8.3 Age restrictions
Some products may be subject to age restrictions. By purchasing such products, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

11. Dispute resolution

11.2 Jurisdiction
If you are a consumer, the courts at your place of residence have jurisdiction. For merchants, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Löcknitz, Germany.
11.3 Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
13. Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of publication.
