1. Fill the tank with cleaning agent
Unscrew the cap and fill the sprayer with your chosen OC1 cleaning product. Do not exceed the 1.5 litre level. You can use products such as Offroad Cleaner, Motorcycle Cleaner or Bike Cleaner.
2. Tighten the cap securely
Make sure the cap is properly tightened - this will prevent leaks during pumping and sprayer use.
3. Pump to build pressure
Press the hand pump several times to create pressure inside the tank. You'll feel pump resistance when pressure reaches the appropriate level. Usually 10-15 pumps are sufficient.
4. Adjust the nozzle to your needs
By rotating the nozzle, select the appropriate spray width - wide for large surfaces, narrow for precise detail cleaning.
5. Apply product to the surface
Point the nozzle at the surface to be cleaned and press the trigger to release the pressurised agent. Move the sprayer evenly to ensure full coverage.
6. Re-pump if needed
If pressure drops during application, use the hand pump again to restore it.

Tip
The sprayer also works in an inverted position - you can turn it upside down to reach lower parts of the vehicle or hard-to-access places under the hood.
What products can I use with the OC1 Sprayer 1.5L?
The sprayer is compatible with all OC1 cleaning products: Offroad Cleaner, Motorcycle Cleaner, Bicycle Cleaner, Bike Cleaner and other liquid OC1 cleaning agents. You can also use it with products from other brands, as long as they are designed for pressure application.
How often do I need to pump the sprayer during use?
This depends on the size of the surface being cleaned. Usually one pumping session (10-15 pumps) is enough to wash a single vehicle section, for example one side of a motorcycle. When you notice pressure dropping during application, a few extra pumps are enough to restore it.
Does the sprayer work in any position?
Yes! Thanks to the 360° operation system, the sprayer works without any problems in any position - vertically, horizontally, and even upside down. This is a huge convenience when cleaning hard-to-reach places such as vehicle undersides or chassis elements.
Is 1.5 litres enough to wash an entire motorcycle?
Yes, the 1.5 litre capacity is sufficient in most cases for comprehensive cleaning of an entire motorcycle or bicycle. For very large vehicles or extremely dirty surfaces you may need a refill. For small and medium bicycles this capacity is more than enough.
How do I clean the sprayer after use?
After finishing cleaning, pour out the remaining liquid, rinse the sprayer interior with clean water and leave open to dry. This will prevent product residue buildup and extend the device's lifespan. Don't forget to release the pressure before opening.
Is the sprayer resistant to chemical cleaning agents?
Yes, the OC1 Sprayer is made from materials resistant to the chemical agents used in motorcycle and bicycle care products. You can safely use it with the entire range of OC1 products.
How long does pressure last after pumping?
Pressure in the sprayer remains stable during application and gradually drops as the product is used. Usually one pumping session is enough for application on a surface of approximately 3-4 m², which corresponds to one side of a motorcycle.
Is the sprayer suitable for workshop use?
